Senior IT Infrastructure Developer

This role is focused on developing, operating, and maintaining the vast number of technologies that Service Operations team operates and supports daily.
The focus for this role will be on ADC (NetScaler), ADFS, On-Premises and Azure Cloud technologies.

You will be focusing on supporting our growing landscape of interconnectivity and availability, with ADC, ADFS and Azure Cloud technologies as the main focus. You will also provide expertise for different parts of the IT landscape of the company, providing knowledge and hands-on support to Solution Owners, Application Developers, and other IT colleagues. You’ll be part of a global cross-functional team that supports both internal and external projects and teams with modern infrastructure expertise. Your engagement will be at the core of Service Operations in a highly people-focused work environment. You will be part of an international team and will work with colleagues and customers around the world.

What You Will Do
Act as SME within your field
Drive and execute optimization, automation, and improvement activities
Work together with the different infrastructure departments
Participate in projects
Participate in Infrastructure architecture forums
Be part of 3rd line support including troubleshooting and problem solving

Required Skills and Experience:
Higher education within a relevant field or equivalent work experience
Deep expertise and knowledge in NetScaler ADC, ADFS, DNS, PKI management, Azure Cloud
Expertise in IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS technologies
Expertise in PowerShell
Expertise in Windows Server
Good knowledge and experience in Network, and IT Infrastructure overall
Knowledge of Change Management and Incident Management process
Strong documentation abilities

Virtualization platforms (VMWare, Hyper-V, etc.)
High Availability and Disaster recovery knowledge
Clustering knowledge
Scripting
SQL Server
Palo Alto Firewall
