For our Customer Services department in Sweden we are looking for a Senior IT on-Site Support Engineer:
The aim of the IT Shared Service Center is to deliver the best IT Shared Services with a focus on Pon Passenger Cars (PPC), Pon Commercial Vehicles (PPC) in The Netherlands and Pon Equipment (PE) and Pon Power (PP) companies in the Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden and Norway. The IT Shared Service Center delivers services in the field of IT infrastructure, Business Application Management and Business Intelligence. Some services have a worldwide scope. It is our ambition to deliver 'no hassle' IT services to our internal customers.
The team in Sweden provides workplace management second line support to Pon end-users on different locations in Sweden.
As a senior, you will coordinate the OSS team and support and mentor the team members. The improvement of customer satisfaction is key in this job.
Objectives:
- Supply of on-site support services (desktop, laptop, printers, video and conferencing)
- Participation in projects
- Handling escalations for the location
- Development and maintenance of process documentation and work instructions
- Participation in problem- and change management process activities
- Propose process optimization actions for the on-site support
Job requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience with on-site support activities
- Familiarity with Field engineer systems and processes
- PC repair and troubleshooting skills
- Bachelor Degree or Vocational Education in Information Technology
- Foundation in IT Service Management and IT Operational Frameworks (ITIL)
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Driving licence B (business trips occurs - about 25-30 days/year)
Good qualifications are:
- Microsoft Certified Solution Expert
- Certified Microsoft Remote Desktop Services
