Would you like to work in an international team of IT professionals with a long experience in enterprise file transfer/payment services and business processes? We are looking for a Senior IT Operations Specialist to join the team to manage and develop our applications, working closely with other IT teams and business stakeholders.

About this opportunity
Welcome to the File Channels team. We add value by providing file transfer services for our corporate customers and internal partners. As a Senior IT Operations Specialist, you’ll play a valuable role in providing high quality, business critical and reliable service.
What you’ll be doing:
* Operate, maintain and improve business critical applications.
* Incident, problem and change management.
* Communication with business partners as well as technical owners of the underlaying platforms.
* Work closely with our developers adopting DevOps practices.
* Automate manual operations.
The role is based in Stockholm.

* Self-driven, communicative, team player with good understanding of critical enterprise environments and importance of operational stability
* Able to stay calm, focused and work rational under pressure
Your experience and background:
* Experience in managing Mainframe applications
* Experience in working with enterprise, business critical applications and B2B integration
* Experience in ITIL processes, Incident, Problem and Change management
* Experience in agile way of working, Scrum and Kanban
* Good communication skills
* Good coordination skills and experience in coordinating work within a team and cross technical and business teams
* Technical knowledge and experience of communication and file transfer protocols: SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS
* Knowledge of digital certificates and file/message integrity
* SQL skills
Additional skills that would be an advantage:
* Knowledge about file messages/filetypes used in banking sector
* Experience in managing Java based applications, Weblogic and Tomcat
* Knowledge webservices, microservices and container technology
* Linux skills
* Scripting and automation skills
* Experience with Splunk, AppDynamics, Jira, Confluence, Git/Bitbucket, Bamboo
