Senior IT Specialist

Mercer is recruiting for an experienced Sr. IT Specialist based in the Gothenburg, Sweden office.

We will count on you to:
· Lead complex client engagements, including managing overall service delivery, strategy, financial evaluations, plan design, renewal, business placement, benchmarking and other studies related to the IT delivery.
· Determine the full scope of services provided to the client and sets roles/responsibilities within the client team
· Provide mentoring and coaching to direct reports and project team members while delegating effectively to provide developmental opportunities to team members


What you must have:
· You need to be a Passionate SAFe Agilist with .NET development and ITSM experience
· Led +15 Scrum teams in a time span of 8+ years in the I.T. Industry.
· Coached multiple Scrum Masters and highly experienced in working with cross-cultured teams across different geographies: Europe(Sweden)/USA/Asia(India)
· Certified in at least the following
PSM I
Agile Coach
ITIL 4
Google Cloud Platform
Microsoft Certified Technology
Specialist - .NET

· Pinnacle Certified in Executive Presence
· Expert in the following tools:
ServiceNow, JIRA and HPSM
.NET – C# and VB
MS SQL Server - SSIS
WCF, MVC and ASP.NET, Visual Studio
Google Cloud Platform

· Microsoft TFS, GitHub, Tortoise SVN
· Education
· Master of Computer Applications or Maser of Computer Science.
· Language Skills:
· Very good English
· Very good Hindi
