Group IT is the central IT-competence centre of Papyrus with responsibility for development and operations of common IT-systems and IT-services. Group IT employs some 50 people located in Gothenburg, Sweden and Ettlingen, Germany.

Senior IT Technician, Papyrus, Mölndal

We are looking to increase our Infrastructure operations and support team with a highly skilled and motivated IT Technician. The team is responsible for technical support including operation of central server hosting and consolidation of local server environments. The department also remotely supports our branch offices throughout Europe primarily with the help of Microsoft-based tools.

The position is a permanent full-time position located in Mölndal.

Your profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience within large-scale Windows server and client administration.

• Solid experience from Microsoft Active Directory

• Experience from Microsoft Exchange Server

• Basic experience from ITIL support processes

• Fluent in English and preferably Swedish
