Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Java Backend Developer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Develop robust Java-based software applications and related tests to enhance user experience and vehicle availability.
Collaborate closely with team members and other dependent teams, such as Frontend, to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
Propose and implement technical solutions that align with business needs, user flows, and architectural guidelines.
Design, deploy, operate, and maintain applications while driving continuous improvement in quality, functionality, and cost efficiency.
Apply DevOps practices by owning the full development lifecycle, including production deployment and monitoring.
Contribute to the design and implementation of new services using SpringBoot applications on AWS infrastructure.

What you bring:

A degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, combined with significant experience as a Backend Developer.
Proficiency in Java 11+ and SpringBoot frameworks.
Basic knowledge of Linux and server/cloud-based infrastructure.
Excellent communication skills, with fluency in written and spoken English.
A valid work permit for Sweden or EU citizenship.
Bonus skills: Experience with REST, JMS, PostgreSQL, Liquibase, asynchronous programming, Docker, Git, microservice architecture, AWS cloud services, and test automation frameworks.
