Senior Java Developer / Kubernetes

We are constantly growing and are now looking for an experienced Java developer ready to join our DEK-family. As a Java developer at DEK Technologies, you will be part of a development team responsible for end-to-end product development including design, implementation, test, and documentation. As the team today is very knowledgeable within the test-area they need you to be the one who strengthens and complements the team with your broad knowledge on Java and Kubernetes as well as your holistic eye for good architecture and structure.

To be successful in this position we believe it is important that you are an open-minded person with a strong inner drive. You are a team player with great communication skills who enjoys finding good solutions and bring new ideas to the table. Since we are a flat organization working according to Agile methods, we expect you to be willing to take on responsibility, as well as self-motivated with the ability to organize your daily work.

Key qualifications for the position:

- BS or MS in computer science, software engineering or similar, alternatively equal knowledge acquired through working experience
- At least 3 years of Java experience, preferably with big projects
- Experience from working with Kubernetes
- Linux knowledge
- Fluent in English, spoken and written


It is also seen as positive If you have experience from working in the JCAT, IMS or cloud platforms. Fluency in Swedish is also seen as beneficial.
