Position Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Software Engineer to join us in the M3 Integration team. We are an Agile and dynamic team of software engineers and architects. Our software includes high performance, reliable and fault-tolerant cloud-based messaging systems, analytics and real-time data streams running in Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure.
We work with large distributed systems running in cloud, we use state-of-the-art technologies and we utilize many cloud services and latest open source frameworks and tools throughout development, deployment, test, monitoring and maintenance. We have a passion for automation and always try to minimize manual work. We believe in quality and do not sacrifice quality to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
· Maintain and improve the existing code of our component.
· Add new code for new features and use cases.
· Troubleshoot and fix defects found in test or production environments.
· Develop proof of concepts and evaluate them.
· Improve the quality of the products by adding more test cases in a different level (unit test, integration test and system test).
· Monitor the CI/CD pipeline and ensures that all aspects of our components are tested using automated test cases in different stages in the pipeline.

Key Requirements/Experience
· Bachelor’s degree or higher education in Computer Science or related areas.
· Good knowledge of Java programming language.
· Familiar with new and advanced concepts in Java.
· Familiar with REST, SQL.
· Familiar with Maven, Git, SVN.
· Familiar with Cloud Computing and Distributed Systems.
· Familiar with Agile and Scrum/Kanban methodologies and practices.
· Knowledge in software development processes, models, lifecycles and methodologies.
· Knowledge of Linux operating systems.
· Have a passion for writing clean code and strive for learning new things.
· Willing to work in a team and being a team player and share knowledge with others but also be able to perform tasks individually.
· Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.

Preferred Skills:
· Knowledge/experience with Microsoft Azure.
· Knowledge/experience with microservices and converting monolithic systems to microservices.
