Are you interested in a leading role in the business of energy revolution? In our new organization, you will have the opportunity to work with grid connections enabling of fossil free energy, new and growing technologies such as vehicle charging, data centers and integration of green energy.
As senior project lead engineer, you will combine technical work with leading a team of engineers, and coach and guide them through the engineering stage of our projects. You will work and collaborate closely with the commercial project manager, engineering disciplines, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders such as tendering, supply and quality.
You will be in the center of things and will quickly get to know and collaborate with large parts of the organization. It’s a very independent role, and you will get a large amount of freedom and responsibility to deliver solutions to our projects and customers.
You will work with domestic customers located mainly in Sweden, but there will also be opportunities to work with export projects. The team is mainly located in Västerås.

Your responsibilities
Work in a dedicated project team to deliver the best possible solution for our customers
Responsible for planning, prioritizing & reporting of all engineering activities in our grid and power quality projects.
Lead, supervise and coordinate the team in all engineering disciplines
Shares best practice across different projects and disciplines
Interact with customers, contractors, and suppliers
Possibility to work flexible, remote and at office
Opportunity to travel to exciting places to support site installations of your design

Your background
Good teamwork and collaboration skills are crucial to succeed in the role.
Experience in electrical and system design of substations
Knowledge and experience of working with Swedish customers and Swedish regulations is needed in the role.
Leadership experience is a merit but most important is your will to learn and develop as a leader.
You communicate well in English and preferably also in Swedish, to interact with people from all over the world
