On our journey in becoming a competence center, we’re aiming to set a learning strategy for our people to grow and be their best. To enable this, we are reinforcing the L&D function by recruiting two new colleagues to HR - Senior L&D expert as well as L&D Specialist. L&D belong to HR solutions team, where you get to work in close collaboration with experienced colleagues.
We want to implement learning solutions that help our employees advancing their skills and knowledge on a continuous basis. As you know, it’s more to it - a learning culture should also enable competence growth and a sustainable career development. The guiding star within your tasks will be our Engage&Develop, process, CEVT Leadership manifesto and People Experience Strategy. As senior learning and development expert, you will play a great role in modernizing learning at CEVT, setting a new foundation for how to provide learning solutions according to business and individual needs.
What you will do:
- Create and execute CEVT learning strategy.
- Evaluate organizational development needs.
- Leader development offering - Initiate, plan and execute development solutions with the help of internal and external resources.
- Help managers develop their team members through career paths with the help of CEVT Career Framework.
- Setting foundation for digital learning infrastructure.
- Continuously evaluate and develop CEVT Academy offering.
We think you
Have a business oriented strategic mindset; daring to challenge and bringing your ideas to the table, with a pragmatic approach you strive to make a difference. You have proven experience within learning and development, minimum 10 years within the field from several companies, preferably within a global context.
You stay on top of benchmark and research within your field of expertise. You have excellent communication and facilitation skills and sharp business acumen. University degree within HR, psychology or similar.
As we are a multicultural company it’s a must that you are fluent in English, written and spoken.
