Job Description
Right now, we are looking for a Senior Learning & Development Specialist to the Group HR Development & Culture function. This role will have an important impact on establishing ways to improve knowledge sharing, develop tools and solutions that enable learning, and promote collaboration for our employees to learn and share knowledge. You will be a part of a great team in a changing business environment and you will collaborate and work tightly with other functions and excellent colleagues.
If you like to play a critical role in driving the Learning & Development agenda and establishing group wide learning initiatives in key areas through AFRY Academy - then this is the job for you.
The position is based in HQ Stockholm, Sweden, onsite/hybrid.
You will take lead in evolving AFRY Academy in line with our exciting strategic journey towards Making Future. You will be responsible for developing global learning solutions and services as well as establish new ways of working to ensure business value and best in class learning experience.
You understand the specific needs and challenges of an organization delivering competencies in a competitive market. You have the capability to drive change and working closely together with multiple countries and functions to support business needs and requirements.
Overall responsibilities:
Articulate a AFRY Way-of-Learning strategy and establish it as a key part of our culture and success
Establish group learning offerings for key competence areas in dialog with the business.
Grow a richer learning offering as a fundament for AFRY Academy
Execute planned Learning and Development activities and support content/course owners in the business
Capture and promote best practices for knowledge sharing
Establish way of work for learning management
Group learning vendor management and secure key frame agreements
Plan and establish a future capable learning platform
Secure an external perspective and stay up to date on external trends.
Contribute to the development of fit for purpose processes and tools within Development & Culture.
Drive group common initiatives and programs.
Support and guide in learning & leadership development related questions
Follow up on quality and impact
Qualifications
Who are you?
You are creative and interested in continuously improving and challenge the business ways of development. You have a desire and an interest to look into new opportunities and trends to stay in forefront. You are a strong individual contributor with ability to create momentum, drive collaborative teams and people in a cross country context.
You are a strong communicator, a great collaborator, a partnership builder (with key stakeholders at a variety of levels), a rapid prioritizer an an excellent decision maker.
You will have:
An academic degree within Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
+5 years in Learning and Leadership development / Learning and Culture roles
Successful experience of designing and delivering development solutions based on business needs
Experience from driving change and navigating in a matrix organization
Experience from working with senior leadership and coaching senior stakeholders is an advantage
Good knowledge within digital learning platforms and tools
We work nationally and internationally- the role requires that you have good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in both Swedish and English.
