We look for people who share our vision: to enrich life with communications.We are a leading supplier of next generation telecom networks.Our people are committed to providing innovative products, services and solutions and understand it as their mission to create long-term value and growth potential for our clients.We currently have a vacancy for a Senior License Expert: Job description: To meet the development requirements of digital licensing services, we require a dedicated consultant to provide license consulting services.You will help organizations cater to new opportunities for improving efficiency of license quotation, generation, distributing and maintenance; and construct a competitive entitlement management system in the telecom field.Responsibilities: * Analyzing and planning the business and licensing modes of telecom products such as GSM, WCDMA, MSTFX, and Router, * Providing a scheme for building an end-to-end delivery platform including quotation, order placement, delivery, and installation of license * Predicting the industry development trend of the license business modes in the next three or five years.* Offering the license development roadmap and strategy based on the status quo.Requirements: * Have at least ten years of license experiences in the telecom field and have a comprehensive understanding for digital licensing (especially for licensing modes of Europe and North America) in the telecom field.* Familiar with key actions and activities of the industry best practices in terms of license planning, development, delivery, and maintenance.* Understand major license business modes (such as PAYU, Network/Floating License, and Peek License) of a product of the wireless network, Datacom network, optical network, access network, or core network, * Provide the service architecture of the license platform and have experience with the establishment of a license service platform.
