We at Soros Finance is currently looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist for our client.
THE ROLE IS CONTRACT BASED 18 MONTHS WITH POSSIBILITY TO EXTENSION. You will work for us at Soros and consult to our client.
Our client is one of the biggest brands within video games, has more than 40 offices around the globe and has a work environment that is special to say the least.
We think that the ideal candidate has at least 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
Big advantage if you have experience from ECIT.
Expected vocational tasks:
Prepare the monthly file to ECIT
• New hires
• Terminations of employment
• Long term leaves
• New salaries
• Deductions (account 1610)
• Bonus, yearly and referral
• Rents
• Benefits

Expenses
• Final approval o Reminders to managers
o Make sure the expenses are correctly registered in ECIT Expense

Time reporting
• Final check and closing of the month o Reminder to managers

Insurances, Avanza, DKV, Euro accident
• Start up and terminations
• Updating yearly salaries
• Reconciliations

Support
• Towards ECIT
• Towards employees (answering questions)

Other
• Questions towards Försäkringskassan
• Reporting the monthly AGI report to Skatteverket - NEW
• Importing salary file into AGDA - NEW
You must be based in Stockholm
