Do you like to think big? Big in creating mobility solutions that are entirely new? Are you passionate about creating more value for your customers and team? We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join us in our work to shape the next generation of smarter and more sustainable mobility.
As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer within Customer Apps & Services Department, you will have a key role in a team building products for the future. You will drive product development through all stages of its lifecycle by evaluation, selecting and building the best solution from a customer perspective. You will also act to secure delivery in time and drive product quality. You will be working in a social environment, which requires you to be a communicative person with good abilities in building and maintaining strong relationships.
What You'll Do:
- Work within an agile cross-functional team containing multiple competencies such as machine learning, software development, user experience/design, data science and many more.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions and you will be responsible to develop machine learning models for the analysis of large-scale and high-dimensional data, from raw data to deployment ready and production. Further you will review code written by others.
- Together with your team you will design, develop, and maintain the large-scale data infrastructure required for the machine learning projects.
- Cooperate with domain experts and engineering teams by clearly articulating results and ideas through presentations to colleagues, management, and key decision makers.
- Work closely with product owners and business architects to build CEVT’s product portfolio and technical roadmap.
Who You Are:
- PhD or Master’s in computer science, mathematics, physics, or related field with strong background in machine learning
- You have more than 3 years of working experience within a relevant machine learning field
- Knowledgeable in two or more modern programming languages i.e. Python, C/C++.
- Proven expertise in at least two of the following fields: Neural networks, generalized linear models, time-series analysis, recommendation systems, statistics, latent variable models, and clustering.
- Demonstrated experience in working with common machine learning framework i.e. PyTorch, TensorFlow, sklearn, etc.
- Hands-on experience in working with Linux, Kubernetes, KubeFlow and MLOps in general is a big plus as well as experience in the automotive industry.
- A team player who is self-driven and enthusiastic about learning new things, especially about the latest research in machine learning.
- Motivated, goal oriented and proactive with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
