Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Maintenance Specialist who will drive customer value in maintenance by analysing and continuously improving maintenance methodology, maintenance management and execution standards, thereby increasing system performance after maintenance and optimizing customer maintenance cost.
Please note that the position is located in High Wycombe (UK) or in Lund (Sweden)
What You Will Do
Drive the consistent use and application of the global maintenance process and tools within the markets/ area of responsibility, compliance to TPMS process schedule. Serve as Business Expert on maintenance related subjects, as required.
Drive maintenance customer assessments and deliver customer adapted maintenance management to secure system performance and competitive TCO.
Support to define and implement our approach to Maintenance mgmt. of Customized processing applications and advanced functions. Support to growth our Services Solutions sales and coverage
Drive continuous improvement activities and maintenance accelerators e.g. flexible maintenance to increase system performance after maintenance and first-time right execution in the field, in collaboration with cluster and central teams.
Provide support to the field force to resolve maintenance related issues, ensure that process is consistently followed and applied to ensure rapid and permanent resolution. Audit the delivery of all types of maintenance services before, during and after the event.
Provide support on reviewing maintenance recommendations for Service Contracts.
Support competence development in maintenance for new products, 3PE, Maintenance Specialists, Service Engineers in collaboration with Cluster Competence Development Driver and SDM

Who You Are:
5+ years of Packaging experience in a technical role
Experience in the front line with customers is beneficial
Understanding of maintenance and reliability concepts
Fluent English
Advanced skills in Excel
Strong communications skills, team player and able to collaborate with different departments and stakeholders
Project management skills are an advantage
Attention to details, analytical, self-driven attitude
