Senior Management Consultant

We are seeking a senior level management consultant to join a high-tech enterprise that specializes in producing materials required for batteries. As the management consultant, you will play an important role in driving the company's operational success and strategic direction.
Responsibilities:
1. Drive the implementation of strategic business plans and initiatives.
2. Actively participate in board of directors meetings, providing pivotal input and driving the execution of board-approved resolutions.
3. Supervise the daily operational activities across the company, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all areas.
4. Maintain consistent communication with the board of directors, providing updates on the company's progress and submitting comprehensive reports.
5. Shape and promote a robust and dynamic corporate culture, lead team-building initiatives, and guide necessary changes to enhance the company's growth and prosperity.
6. Provide high-level consultation on strategic planning, process improvements, and business development.

Required Qualifications:

1. Fluent in Chinese. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business, Management, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior managerial role.
