Do you want to lead the leaders for Scania´s cross-functional solution development?
Scania’s project office mission is to successfully deliver values and projects as well as maintain a well-managed portfolio. We are now looking for a Senior Manager to lead one of our teams of experienced project managers, project coordinators and agile leaders.
We work with solution development in all customer product areas and at all stages of maturity. The projects and value flows include participants from all functions at Scania and may also include participants from other brands within the TRATON Group.
The project office takes an active part in driving the Scania transformation and creating flow in the new Agile landscape. Our vision is that Scania Project Office should be key for Scania driving the shift, through excellence in core and innovative execution of new businesses. To be able to succeed, we focus on a holistic and global perspective, successful product and solution delivery and attracting and retaining the best employees.
Job Description
As a Senior Manager, your main focus will be to lead the team and develop the team members, to support our mission and vision. You will have an active role to secure a smooth transition of the Solution Development with a focus on your team members as well as the complete system.
You will be part of the project office management team.
You will represent Scania in Traton PDC and support your team at different forums such as PQ.

Your Profile
• We are looking for a leader with experience in working with complex product development.
• Your leadership skills include team development as well as coaching individuals.
• You have a wide network and are recognized as a person that can understand the holistic view and use your analytical skills daily to get the logic out of complex information.
• You have relevant education from University as well as working experience from Scania. Experience within project management and lean-agile is valuable.
• You can conduct top management meetings and present complex issues in front of others.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English.
