CEVT Chassis Brake Mechatronics & Controls Engineering is looking for a Senior Manager to lead the Embedded SW & Function team.

Mission
Your mission is to continue the path towards an even stronger team within the Brake Controls product area.
I am looking for you who have experience from SW development and want to be part of a progressive and fast growing team located at CEVT, Lindholmen
In your mission you will:
* Coach a skilled and dedicated development team, always having the people and customer needs in focus 
* Continuously work on improvements of ways of working.
* Find the way to enable the teams technical and personal development
* Plan and realize recruiting of needed competences.
Empower the team members creativity, personal development and alignment of target setting within company strategies and directions.

The team is multi-cultural and working with high end technology focusing on next generations of electrical & SW architectures to meet Autonomous Drive, AI implementation and Brake by Wire applications.
You enjoy travelling now and then, You  to travels in Europe and to China

Your profile
I want you to be:
- Skilled in building and strengthen team growth and development.

- Experienced in SW development
- Communicative and have good people management skills.

As Senior Manager you will be a member of Brake System leadership team and work close together with System Managers of Brake Mechatronics & Controls, Vehicle Architecture and OEM Suppliers SW of Brake Systems.
