As part of our global feedback program ‘One Voice’, we will enable Volvo Cars to listen to all global feedback from our consumers across the consumer journey gathered on one platform. To secure that we are bringing the best capabilities out of our feedback eco-system, powered by Medallia, we seek a colleague with extensive knowledge about the Medallia product landscape and how we bring out the best of its capabilities using elevated best-practices suggestions putting Volvo Cars as a leader not only in the industry, but in general when it comes to consumer feedback management.

The Consumer Feedback Team at Volvo Cars is a very passionate team that delivers in a high pace, but never compromising on the quality of the deliveries. It’s a small team so everyone takes on a lot of tasks and there is no prestige in the team. We expect you to be curious and to think consumer centric when making decisions and suggesting changes. Consumer feedback connects to many different stakeholders and teams within the organization, so stakeholder management and collaboration should be very high on your list of competences.
What you will do
In this role, you will translate of our strategic direction of consumer feedback into design of Medallia product enablement when it comes to real-time data connectivity, feedback reporting and action capabilities using the extensive knowledge of the Medallia product landscape and best-practices knowledge weighing pros and cons.
You are capable of outlining a high level implementation plan with task break downs, resource needs and requirements that can further on be delivered by implementation leads on your team.
You will actively participate in discussions influencing on our strategic direction when it comes to consumer feedback as well as actively participate in enablement and adoption of launch and operational feedback programs, always serving with true advocacy for our consumers by making sure we act on feedback.
Further, you will interact with stakeholders internally and externally in development projects related to feedback to understand needs and it’s fit into the consumer journey and strategic suitability, as well as monitoring current program health to suggest eventual needs of program improvements and how the Medallia platform can assist us automated enhancements.
Continuously you will support in enhancing the CX insights products, dashboard creation, feature development, technical development and rollout to increase speed and effectiveness of the One Voice program

Your experience
In this role, we are seeking someone who has extensive knowledge of the Medallia portfolio, and hands-on experience with the Medallia MEC. Knowledge of other products like Decibel & Thunderbolt, and experience with working with Consumer Journeys is a plus.
