Working closely with our international customers, we develop, manufacture and install efficient and technologically advanced medium and high-voltage cables as well as cable accessories, playing a significant role in the green transformation.


Motivate, inspire and lead our Customer Commercial Service team
The Customer Commercial Service (CCS) team in Alingsås are growing and we are now looking for a senior manager to lead the team going forward. The CCS team has the overall responsibility of supporting our business with the offer-to-cash process as well as giving service and support to our customers within the Accessories business line in Alingsås.
In this role you will lead the offer and order team of around 15 employees, whereas seven of them directly reporting to you, as well as driving process standardization and optimizations.
You will ensure a smooth offer-to-cash process with timely response times and deliveries, manage and develop CCS interfaces towards other departments like Logistics, Planning, Sales, Technical Service and Engineering within the company and be the sparring-partner for leaders of front-end sales.
To empower, inspire and engage our team is crucial – especially since we are in an expanding phase – and driving the ramp-up of CCS in Alingsås will initially be one main focus area for you in this role.
Besides the above your primary tasks will be:
Ensure defined NKT processes and procedures are followed
Manage and continuously improve interfaces with other departments and business lines and drive process efficiencies in CCS
Identifying and providing feedback, effective use of personal development plans and provision of coaching & development opportunities in line with NKT’s performance management framework
Support handling of large/complex tenders and projects as well as customers’ after-sales questions or claims
Identify new tools and technologies to better serve the customer
Support special strategic projects in CCS function globally
Monitor revenue streams and provide sales estimates for current quarter

With a service-oriented and strong customer focus you are trustworthy and willing to take accountability for your own as well as the CCS team’s actions and results. You quickly absorb an overview of tasks to be handled, set the right priorities and making sure we reach the goal in line with the company strategy. Your strong communication skills in combination with your empathetic attitude allows you to build and remain profitable relationships not only internally but also externally.
In addition to the above you have some years’ experience from managing operational customer service teams, supply chain, technical service or similar. You have the ability to interpret market data and financial business data, draw conclusions and make recommendations.
Additionally, your CV comprises:
Experience from B2B sales process cycle is beneficial
Fluency in spoken and written Swedish and English
Experience from transformation or re-organization project is a plus
Technical know-how/basic understanding is a plus
