NA-KD is seeking an experienced digital marketing professional with responsibility to design, implement and drive paid marketing initiatives across digital channels (programmatic display, video, and paid social). You need to demonstrate deep understanding and knowledge of digital marketing (knowledge of DSP, DMP, retargeting solutions etc) as well as measurement (Brand lifts studies, Nielsen DAR/ADE etc) ecosystem. You will have proven thought leadership and success in driving top of the mind awareness, consideration and intent using digital marketing channels in the B2C sector. You will be comfortable working with complex challenges, and understand the value of rapid test and learn approaches.

Responsibilities

- Establish, implement and measure the effectiveness of digital advertising initiatives to drive awareness, consideration, purchase, and loyalty for womens fashion at NA-KD
- Establish and optimize a variety of digital advertising partnerships to drive revenue and new Customer acquisition
- Demonstrate ability to work at managing advertising campaign execution, creating and optimizing campaigns, analysing traffic data and solving problems.
- Manage internal, agency and other external relationships to run campaigns across wide array of digital channels, networks and mediums, reaching maximum current and potential NA-KD customers.
- Stay abreast of new tools, trends, and best practices in digital advertising; test and evaluate their efficacy in improving scale or effectiveness of NA-KDs fashion offering


Qualifications

- Deep knowledge of reach and frequency planning, display advertising eco-system including hands-on experience with ad networks, media buying agencies, GDN, programmatic buying, social media, re-targeting, etc
- Demonstrated ability to create innovative new marketing programs and/or partnerships that generate results.
- 4+ years of experience in managing high decibel, high impact digital marketing campaigns aimed at driving business key outcomes and 2+ years managing teams.
- Must be highly analytical, with a sound grasp of digital media planning and performance optimization strategies. Must be very commercially aware, having owned marketing budgets and revenue goals of significant scale.
- Strong understanding of metrics and quantitative analysis, and ability to turn analysis into actionable programs. Be able to bridge data analysis, research, competitive intelligence to build efficient and scalable customer acquisition programs.
- Strong drive for execution and delivering results. An ambitious self-starter with excellent follow-through skills to develop ideas independently and thrive in fast-paced environment is crucial.
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to roll up sleeves and execute to get the job done and thinking big at the same time
- Superior verbal and written communications skills with attention-to-detail.
- Tenacity and sense of urgency; the ability to make things happen quickly with large, less nimble partners and/or teams.
- Strong customer focus and obsession
- Engineering, Match, Business, Economics or other Quantitative Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in FMCG or Fashion Ecommerce
