Senior Manager Electrode Development

Northvolt has an exciting job possibility for a manager specialized in the field om Lithium Ion Battery development. You will be contributing from start to finish in building one of the first large scale European battery factories, which will play an important role in the transformation to a carbon free society.
About the role
Wide experiences and Know-how to lead the technologies/electrode or cell design and lead new designing electrode production and new tech machine concept for future
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Responsibility for the electrode (including materials) from the development stage to mass production including electrode specification and quality control plan
· Leading and cooperating with the other departments to implement new electrode tech into the projects
Candidate requirements
· > 8 years' experience in Electrode engineering (incl. process, mechanical)/development
· Master’s degree or Ph.D. with 5 years' experience
· > 12 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree
