We are now on the behalf of our client seeking to recruit a Senior Manager Finance and Business Planning, the position is based in Copenhagen and reports to CFO Scandinavia and Director Disney Consumer Products Scandinavia Din utmaning: As an active member of the Nordic Disney Consumer Product[ Leadership Team, collaborate and participate in driving the strategic agenda for market growth Source, measure, report[ and communicate market share and demographics for Nordic in order to identify business-upside potential In close collaboration with Director of Disney Consumer Products Nordic be responsible for growing the business in the Nordics in line with business plan Partner with the Category Managers to help develop and implement strategies in line with a one market approach[ and track performance of categories, e.g.Toys, Fashion, FHBP, Home and Stationary Develop and implement new metrics, benchmarking tools, and market share analyses to drive the licensing business Din bakgrund: MSc or BSc with minimum five years of experience in a commercial driven finance position, preferable with experience from FMGC Profound finance skills; closings, budget, forecast, analysis processes from an international environment[[ Strong analytical and systems skills (i.e., Excel, Data Warehouse (sap): Ability to extract data from systems, draw business themes out of data, and understand as well as present core issues Entrepreneurial mind-set with the ability to identify, process and execute new opportunities in a successful way Excellent oral, written and graphical presentation skills, with the ability to build multi-level relationship and work as true team player Positive with a can do attitude and the ambition to build a career in a professional and dynamic organization Din ansökan: This is a rare chance to join Walt Disney s magic world of outstanding quality storytelling and a unique creative company culture among great colleagues.[[ Ansökan sker endast via nedanstående länk!
