Circle K Transport Sweden AB is part of the Global Fuel Logistics family in Circle K. In Global Fuel Logistics. We manage all the distribution and storage of fuel for our more than 15 000 sites across the globe. We already have a large setup of In-House Fleet in the US and now we want to mirror that success in Europe. Circle K Transport Sweden AB will handle the distribution to Circle K and Ingo in the southern half of Sweden.

Now we are recruiting a competent and energetic manager for our Gothenburg and Halmstad region. Your main tasks will be to supervise all driver operations for the region. You will have the overall responsible for the daily terminal operations. Furthermore, you ensures that the fleet has enough drivers to maintain optimum service levels. You will also ensure that local market fleet is kept in highest level of operating standard. You speak Swedish fluently and you are used to work with English as company language.

In your position as the Senior Manager Internal Fleet, you will supervise all driver operations for multiple small market locations. Overall responsible for the daily fleet operations at specified terminals. Ensures that the fleet has enough drivers to maintain optimum service levels. Ensures that local market fleet is kept in highest level of operating standard.

Essential Functions:
* Responsible for the recruitment, orientation and management of fleet drivers. Supervises the drivers within the roles defined areas and responsible for making a balanced driver schedule well in advance of the following month. Assist with KPI metrics in relation to overall driver performance
* Responsible for ensuring driver performance and compliance with regulatory and internal requirements. This includes monitoring drivers on key metrics including driver/ tank truck utilization, and driver HSSE & Compliance. Ensuring that the drivers are operating safely and in compliance with all national laws
* Responsible for preforming unscheduled HSSE/ADR audits of fleet at local terminals
* Provide training, coaching, counseling and disciplining of drivers as needed. Have a structured appraisal process in place with regular review / feedback to drivers for correct procedural compliance
* Maintain a safe, positive, energetic and healthy work environment for the organizations managed in strict compliance to the company code of conduct, business ethics and compliance to legal regulations. Target for a high employee survey (MyVoice) result from the drivers
* Maintains an active role in planning truck downtime and out of service periods. This includes scheduling and maintaining rental vehicles if needed

Monthly KPI's for Sweden
* Unit Cost Management for the inhouse fleet operations in Sweden including driver pay,
overtime, maintenance, consumables, and expenses.
* Driver/Truck Utilization
* Operational metrics including Service level, splits, idle time, fuel consumption, unit costs, load
and drop sizes and productivity
* HSSE KPI follow up.

Travelling: Travelling within the region and to the office in Riga
