What part will you play?

In this role, you will be acting as evangelist, consultant and program manager for the IT and digitalization initiatives of Siemens Financial Services (SFS) in close alignment with management and business partners.
* As Senior Manager IT-Strategy and Digitalization (f/m/d) you continuously develop the IT and digitalization strategy of SFS as part of the IT Strategy team and in close collaboration with the SFS CIO and with all other collaborators
* You actively build, drive and present a comprehensible IT / digitalization strategy at C-level collaborators, defend it and derive fields of action as well as implement them in a balanced manner
* You connect business and technology to understand the value of technology and vital organizational changes for SFS / SFS IT and to generate and implement valuable use cases
* You initiate and prioritize core digitalization projects/initiatives of SFS in collaboration with the various business units and the SFS Business Strategy Team as well as drive them accordingly (From MVP to profound business implementation / utilization)
* You identify, prepare and implement cost saving initiatives within the IT (including sustainable cases) based on brand-new technology and standardization
* You collaborate with external and internal partners and providers, e.g., FinTechs, Universities, Solution Providers, Siemens Digital Enablement Center, Siemens Corporate Technology etc. to leverage on market developments. You implement trend and technology scouting

What you need to make real what matters.
* You have successfully completed your studies in Information Technology, Economics or similar
* You have at least 7 years of professional experience in the Financial Services area, including implementing the technological basis for digital business models, ideally paired with extensive experience in management consulting within a top tier consulting company with a focus on CIO-Advisory/Office, IT-Strategy and Digital Transformation
* Within your consulting role you have gained working experience in medium and large IT projects and are familiar with running IT projects using agile working styles and applying agile leadership principles
* You think strategically and can convince teams, peers as well as Senior Management
