Your new role
In this role you will report directly the Country Finance Lead, who reports to Vice President Finance for Northern Europe Business Unit (NEBU). You will have a close cooperation with your Marketing Finance counterpart in the other NEBU countries, the Swedish Commercial Development team, Revenue Growth Management team, the Coca-Cola Company Finance counterpart and Marketing Finance peers at CCEP European level.
As our Senior Manager Marketing Finance you will significantly contribute to our Finance Function Vision to “Be a valued business partner guiding strategic decisions, delivering superior customer service, and driving long-term profitable growth”. The successful candidate has the drive and capability to manage different strategic business projects to support the delivery of the Country/NEBU business plan.
Key responsibilities would include but, are not limited to:
· Finance lead in all commercialization projects related to New Product Developments (NPD’s), working closely with Portfolio Team, New Initiative Team and The Coca-Cola Company team
· Key finance resource for the System Economic Model (SEM), Incidence Pricing, 50/50 agreements and other support agreements with The Coca-Cola Company
· Key finance resource for the agreement with Monster Energy Company
· Development of tools for analysis and reporting to increase understanding of the profitability of brands and packages
· Participate in value management projects and guide the new initiative process
· Drive efficiency and effectiveness across the finance function
· Participate in Country/NEBU/CCEP projects
· As we operate in a matrix organization you are also collaborating with the Corporate Finance team, Shared Services organization and other teams
To be successful in this role you need:
· Master degree in finance or business - not mandatory if you have a good commercial understanding, business insight and an interest and curiosity for numbers
· Proven track record in a similar role, finance or commercial
· Understanding of FMCG business, including key financial drivers and metrics
· Customer focused mind set and strong Business Partner skills
· Being able to manage change within an organization
· Strong ownership with respect to the performance of the business
· Experience with SAP or other ERP systems, and advanced Excel/ PowerPoint knowledge
· Strong presentation skills
· Effective communication and influencing skills
· Strong analytical skills and effective way of working
· Can-do mentality
