Senior Manager of Intelligent Manufacturing

We are now looking to reinforce our team with a Sales Tool Manager, a Process Manager for Product Data Delivery, a Process Manager for Product Data Support and Quality and a Senior Manager of Intelligent Manufacturing.

Key performance areas
Along with your team, you will lead the development of innovative, relevant, and industry-leading solutions in the area of digital and intelligent manufacturing, to increase the customer's sense of value and satisfaction. You will be addressing some of our clients' most urgent issues in areas such as CAM, engineering and manufacturing productivity.

Your responsibilities also include to:
- Manage the development, communication and implementation of a global strategy for the area considering the customers complete chain of value
- Develop competitive offerings, as well as efficient tools for internal sales
- Develop the technology of monitoring systems
- Direct the work with product and application data structures and templates, while being a strong stakeholder for ISO standardization work
- Establish strong working relationships with senior leaders within the market areas, the product management, R&D, pricing and other important agents

You will be part of the Sandvik Coromant Product Management and R&D organization. You will be part of this organizations management team. The position requires frequent traveling, both nationally and internationally.

Your profile
We are looking for someone with a Master's degree in business, engineering or another related field. You have a minimum of five years work experience within business and manufacturing, excellent general management skills and a good sense of the machining industry's trends and needs. If you in addition are experienced in production planning and CAM, this will be considered advantageous. As this is a global position, you need to be fluent in English, with very good communication skills, both in writing and speaking.

As a person you are perceptive, strategic and result oriented, with an ability to view all matters in a broader perspective. You possess great leadership skills and a strong customer focus and always consider the long-term significance of every decision. You are happy to work independently and act on your own initiatives, but also like to be part of a team. Furthermore, you easily create a trusting environment and know how to build effective, global teams, while keeping your colleagues inspired and motivated. You have a natural ability to implement change, and are genuinely interested in the development and success of the organization as well as that of your co-workers.
