Senior manager of overseas network development

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for Xpeng ’s overseas development strategic, such as network development strategies and planning, dealers’ network access strategies and standards, store selection strategies and standards, and network layout strategies;
2. Responsible for overseas network development policy, store SI standard, network access process, store construction related supporting design and construction system establishment;
3. Taking charge of overseas authorized dealer network development management, including the introduction of authorized dealers, store location, store design, construction, acceptance and delivery;
4. As an owner of overseas direct sales network development management, including strategic cooperation with commercial parties, store location, store design and construction, and acceptance and delivery;
5. To lead the team for the establishment and management of overseas network operation system, including collecting and tracking the entire network operation data, formulating overseas store operation reports, establishing a network multi-dimensional evaluation mechanism, and proposing improvement strategies and measures for sales-related indicators, store sales, market, and network-related rebates cash;
6. Overseas online store operation management. Combining brand, exhibition hall, show car, test drive, personnel, sales process, price system, etc. to formulate overseas store standard inspection and close mining rules, close mining process, SSI survey and corresponding assessment policies
job requirements:
1. A university degree or above, with more than 8 years of team management experience in the automobile or retail industry, and work experience in overseas new EV brands, first-line luxury brands, top retail brands or well-known consulting companies are preferred;
2. With strong creative thinking ability;
3. With strong communication and organization and coordination skills;
4. Fluent in written and spoken English, and with rich overseas work or life experience.
