Senior Manager, Online Growth
MachineGames is seeking a Senior Manager, Online Growth to be based in our offices in Uppsala, Sweden.
Our studio is located in central Uppsala, Sweden which is a small and vibrant city 40 minutes north of Stockholm with a historical heritage reaching back to pre-medieval times.

Job description:
• Existing regions
o Work with global teams to establish clear local goals within existing regions, set clear KPIs and work with local team to reach them.
o Coordinate local product teams & drive product initiatives within the teams, making sure products are managed the most efficient way across all disciplines.
o Build, develop & maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and provide all requested information and reporting.
o Design, build and manage KPIs for local markets and work with the global and local teams to reach them.
o Build local product publishing plans with region specifics in mind, discussing these plans with EU & global teams and executing these plans together with the team.
o Act as the key contact for US/EU teams in case any market-specific products’ questions arise.
o KPI monitoring to evaluate product’s health status and reacting if any actions are required based on KPI analysis.
o Prepare reports for the EU & Global business teams on the product status.
• New Regions
o Explore available markets for product’s expansion opportunities and provide detailed overview with potential business cases to the global publishing team.
o Evaluate market opportunities and build product forecasts, including publishing plans & P&L models.
o Setup & lead the team responsible for the new region, making sure all publishing areas are covered.
o Establish local partnerships and make sure that the team have enough experience and understanding of the region via these partners where necessary.
o Establish all business, publishing & operations processes related to the project launch in the new region.
o Working with International team, develop markets’ expansion strategy & set clear goals for each market.
o Constantly research, overview and report on international markets’ developments to understand the potential for future expansion.
o Support Online/GaaS products in the new markets from initial evaluation to the launch and further day to day operations.
• Partnership regions
o Support the publishing & business processes in the regions with primary partners operating under our license, making sure that business goals are met.
o Working with region marketing and community teams, providing region product insights to EU and US teams and providing required information from US/EU teams to the region team.
o Overseeing the whole product performance and status in the region, working closely with regions teams.
o Work with local partners making sure all their needs are covered and all local specifics are taken into account within publishing and development teams.
