Our Global Head of our Healthcare and Life Sciences Practice is located in Stockholm and is also leading our local team.

Your tasks
• You advise international customers on life science and healthcare topics
• You find solutions for complex, strategic issues
• You are responsible for the implementation of projects from kick-off to the final result
• You work collaboratively in developing our business with life science clients in Sweden/the Nordics
• You always have the satisfaction of our customers and the well-being of your team in mind
• You build sustainable relationships with our customers
• You lead and develop project teams and support the implementation of research & analyses
• You are a mentor for younger colleagues
• You work on innovative consulting approaches such as new modalities (ATMPs), biologics, or future of health

Your profile
• At least 6-7 years experience in a strategic consulting company or 2-3 years plus relevant industry experience in project leadership roles and/or internal consulting
• Substantial understanding of the life science industry
• Degree in Bioscience/Medicine, with finance background considered a bonus
• Strong managerial toolkit and proven track record of successfully executing/managing client projects
• Experience in successfully developing and selling to life science clients in Sweden/the Nordics
• Relevant network in the life science market (pharma/biotech market)
• Team player with a strong entrepreneurial streak and interest in building out personal value proposition in the biotech/pharma/innovation space
• Fluent in English (team language is English)
• Swedish language would be preferred, but for a strong candidate we might be able to waive this requirement
