Senior Manager, Property & Facility, Fazer Services Sweden

As responsible for Property Management & Shared Facility Service, you will be responsible for leading of Fazer property and facility service management activities regionally. You will manage local property and production support services. Property related investment and other projects part of your tasks and your role is supporting our production utilities sectors development. As Property Manager you will be creating and implementing common property and facility management practices and processes.

In the day-to-day business you support the business for all kind property and facility related tasks for ensuring a smooth operating environment, cost-effectiveness, and systematic development operations. Your role is independent and full-scale regional property & facility management role, and you develop, implement, and run facility operations across our multiple production locations using third-party service providers, as well as responding to internal client relationships with our production sites.

This is a new and permanent, fulltime position and will be located in Eskilstuna, Lidköping or Tingsryd and you will be reporting to VP, Property Management & Shared Facility Services.

Some travelling is required to successfully manage this position.

What you will bring to the team

To successful in the role, we see that you have a Bachelor- or Master´s degree in Engineering/Property/Construction Management and at least 3 years of experience in Property Management. We see that you have experience from leading and developing third party services and leading property maintenance projects and working in international production environment. Extensive working knowledge in the production sites property maintenance plus managing and developing services and service portfolios from the functional, technical, and financial perspective.

You communicate fluently in Swedish and English.

We are looking for someone who has a service minded attitude and analytical approach combined with proactive and goal-focused attitude to work are essentials. You are a result-driven implementer and a good team player with strong communication skills.
