Senior Manager Quality Assurance

QA/RA at DENTSPLY Implants is a global organization aiming to continuously improve and develop quality procedures to maintain the company's high quality standards. As Senior Manager Quality Assurance you are locally responsible for the QA department in Mölndal and play an important role at the interphase between the local and global organization. Responsibilities includes to:

. Manage the maintenance and continuous improvement of the quality system, complaint to FDA, MDD and all applicable regulatory and Corporate requirements
. Prepare for and manage all regulatory authority audits
. Ensure products and processes are appropriately validated or verified
. Ensure a validation system is maintained for new product and processes compliant with DENTSPLY Corporate procedures
. Establish a strong and sustaining relationship with Manufacturing, Engineering, R&D
. Foster a philosophy of continuous improvement in the QA functions
. Develop and manage personnel (three direct reports) and the QA department budget process
The position is placed in Mölndal and will involve some travelling. It is a permanent, full-time employment with preferred starting date is as soon as possible.

Qualification:

The ideal candidate has an academic degree in a relevant subject and more than five years experience working with QA/QC within the medical device or equivalent industry. At least three years of full manager responsibility, including personnel and budget responsibility, is required. Previous experience of working with implants is beneficial and it is an advantage to have worked in an international company.

The right candidate enjoys working in an international setting, has excellent communication skills and a pronounced holistic view. You are independent in a team oriented manner and a strong decision maker that are flexible and open to change. Good IT skills together with excellent Swedish and English, both written and spoken, is required. Personal skills will be emphasized during the selection process.
