All about the role
Within the Product Sourcing structure, the position of Strategic Sourcing Program Director is to drive the transformation towards our Strategic Sourcing ambition. The person will initiate changes needed to ensure we are on the right path towards Product Sourcing excellence, both mid-term and long-term business priorities are achieved.
The position will report to and support the Head of Product Sourcing to program manage and drive the various key transformations projects within Product Sourcing by collaborating with respective key stakeholders.
Some of the key initiatives include:
· Strategic Sourcing Long Term Plans (eg: Sourced business model footprint diversification)
· Digital transformation
· Core Sourcing Capability & Competencies Development
· Supplier partnership development
· Standardizing & Optimizing the Sourcing Approach, leveraging on best practices, including knowledge retention and continuity
· Driving the ways of working and a sense of belonging towards ONE Commercial Sourcing Community
· Ensuring the delivery of other strategic transformation projects within Product Sourcing, for example: Acc.3.0, End2End Supply Chain, C&A Sourcing integration and Sustainability.
What you will do:
· Partner with the business leaders and stakeholders to drive execution of key transformation initiatives.
· Identify interdependencies between the needs, ways of working, and transformation initiatives of the different Product Sourcing functions, other Global Operations functions and Business Areas and ensure future alignment is achieved through our key transformation initiatives.
· For some of the transformation projects, act as the overall responsible program manager (eg : Network Footprint, Strategic Partnership Development, Make vs Buy, Competence Development)
· Develop relevant metrics (KPI’s), documentation and dashboards for every element of the projects and programs, and regularly report to the PSOLT as well as to drive analysis and produce proposals/business cases for various initiatives.
· Instill an agile way of working and tracks delivery of business case outcomes and stakeholder feedback rather than only cost, schedule etc.
· Actively communicate changes and integration benefits and drivers to the various stakeholders
· Support to remove roadblocks in teams and projects to promote the change of the status quo.
· Co-project management with internal stakeholders and suppliers
· Together with the team members, works on the development of new ideas and solutions.
· To adopt and implement new digital technologies by proactively exploring and applying fundamental digital solutions for the collection, processing and analysis of data. Actively pioneering new ways of working in a cross-functional perspective to promote the digital culture as a success factor of the organization.

Qualifications:
· Ideally, you have 5 to 8 years of relevant experience with strategy implementation in an international company managing operations and sourcing complexity
· University degree in Business Management or Engineering
· Solid experience of program/project management in the operations area, preferably including planning/execution of projects in automation, supply chain / logistics, supplier development, sourcing and quality
· Has a digital mindset and a promoter of standardization and simplification.
· Proven track records as a change leader and practitioner in Agile methodology.
· Excellence in Stakeholder Management and influencing skills
· Prior experience in working in a truly international environment and with people of all levels and of multi-functional and multi-cultural teams
· Fluent English, both written and spoken (any other languages would be an advantage)
