The ambition of Packaging Materials division is to be a global leader in circular economy with our high-quality renewable packaging materials based on both virgin and recycled fiber. Addressing the needs of today’s eco-conscious consumers, we help customers and brand owners to find the best material for their packaging and to replace fossil-based materials with low carbon footprint, renewable and recyclable alternatives. A wide selection of barrier coatings enables the design and optimisation of packaging for various demanding consumer and industrial packaging end uses.
We are now looking for a Senior Manager, Strategy and Business Intelligence, whose purpose will be to support strategy process and implementation of strategic projects in Packaging Materials, to reach the defined strategic goals. This includes tight co-operation with business management to identify, screen and select the most attractive options for business strategies as well as development of business cases.
Tasks
Your main tasks will include:
· Supporting documentation of/and, if required, analysis in relation to divisional and product segment business strategy development, planning and target setting
· Supporting and developing strategy process and action follow up
· Supporting market research and analysis as needed
· In Business Development/ Strategical Projects:
o Support development of investment proposals in coordination with divisional investment team:
§ Process coordination
§ Valuation support
§ Investment proposals
o Support business owner in M&A processes in coordination with Group M&A & Cooperate Finance supporting:
§ Market screening and proposals
§ Process coordination
§ Support business case development
§ Valuation
§ Integration processes
· Leading/Supporting other strategic initiatives and ad hoc analysis as needed.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you have an economical or technical university degree and proven business experience in strategy work or business development, combined with a minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting in investment banking, or relevant industry background. You have excellent business English, both verbal and in writing.
You have the ability to see the bigger picture and draw conclusions out of details. You are a proactive and service minded professional, with the ability to work in a matrix organization, and strong teamwork and communication approach. You also have the skill to get things moving without formal power and have solution and future oriented thinking. You are driven for results, have experience in demanding strategic projects and have the ability to travel for business.
