Your commitments/ mission

As Senior Manager you are responsible for the IT deliveries within Powertrain & Industrial Control. This means you will secure uptime, implement our new core IT systems and support the units in their digitalization journey.

You have 3 direct reporting managers and 38 employees working with industrial workshop support, business development, and .NET solution development. Many of the deliveries come from other departments within Scania IT, so you will be in close collaboration with many colleagues. You will be a part of the Order to Delivery IT management team and you will contribute with your knowledge and creativity to help us make Scania Powered by a Digital Industrial System.

You must have the following:


• Academic education within IT or engineering
• At least 3 years of managerial experience leading IT teams
• Great communication skills in English
• Intermediate communication skills in Swedish
• Basic financial knowledge
