We are now recruiting three (3) Senior Managers within Manufacturing Engineering Propulsion Components.
- Senior Manufacturing Manager Business Development
- Senior Manufacturing Manager Technology Development
- Senior Manager Global Process Development

The position is based in Gothenburg, Sweden, and will require some travel to our different sites worldwide.
What will you do?
As Senior Manufacturing Manager Business Development, you will be leading the team who is responsible for the business development of our department, Manufacturing Engineering Propulsion Components. Main areas for the team are to create, manage and drive efficient common processes, methods and tools for our engineers. Another area of responsibility is coordinating our Operation Management Development activities within the department and secure lean manufacturing process in our plants.
As Senior Manufacturing Manager Technology Development, you will be leading the team who is responsible for the strategy and technical development for Manufacturing of Propulsion Components such as HV battery, electric drive axles and power electronics units.
As Senior Manufacturing Manager Global Process Development, you will be leading a team responsible for global process design for Electric axle drive, power electronics and HV Battery. You own the responsibility over time to enhance current state, define future state given ideal prerequisite based on the vision by looking from wanted strategic state of plant, shop process or layout.
The Senior Manufacturing Managers for Business Development and Technology Development reports to the Head of Strategy Development.
The Senior Manufacturing Manager Global Process Development reports to the Head of Global Process Development.
As part of the management team, you are not only representing your team, but are also expected to bring ideas and engagement for the complete department.

Since you will be responsible for a global team, your preferred working area is in a global organization with cross functional teams. We believe you have a structured way of working, strategic mindset with business acumen and experience from similar position.
You encourage new thinking in those around you and you build excitement to explore the possibilities of new ways of working. You know how to translate the excitement into positive action through feedback and encouragement giving your team the latitude to get the work done.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken is required for the role.
