We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the gaming industry and a proven track record in designing and executing successful marketing campaigns. VR/AR experience is a major plus. We see our Marketing department as a core contributor to our Publishing and internal development efforts, your experience, skills and contributions will be utilised early in the in-bound product assessment before a project is signed, and all the way through to launch and beyond.

The Senior Marketing Manager reports to the CMO.


Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for our game titles, including product positioning, target audience identification, and communication plan development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, inhouse or external, including product development, creative, PR, and community management, to deliver consistent messaging and cohesive brand experiences across all touchpoints.
Oversee the creation of compelling marketing assets, including trailers, key art, social media content, and promotional materials.
Lead the planning and execution of go-to-market activities, such as product launches, trade shows, and live events, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our players.
Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts and maximize ROI on marketing investments.
Manage relationships with key industry partners, including platform holders, influencers, and media outlets, to amplify our brand reach and visibility.
Mentor and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.



Qualifications:
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
7+ years of marketing experience in the gaming industry, with a focus on product marketing or brand management.
Proven track record of creating and executing high-impact marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Strong leadership skills and experience managing and developing a team of marketing professionals.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
Deep understanding of the gaming industry, market trends, and audience preferences.
Proficiency in marketing analytics and performance measurement tools, with a data-driven mindset and a strong focus on results.



Additional Preferences:
Experience launching indie titles as well as larger AA and AAA games.
A passion and/or experience with VR/AR games.
