Job Summary:
Hopsworks is seeking an experienced and Senior Marketing Manager to lead our demand generation efforts and with overall responsibility for MQLs (Marketing Qualified Lead). The ideal candidate will be pivotal in creating and executing strategies to identify and engage potential customers, nurture leads, and ultimately drive business growth. This role is instrumental in shaping our marketing initiatives and ensuring that we continue to deliver innovative solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive lead generation strategy that aligns with Hopsworks' business objectives. Identify and target key customer segments and industries.
MQL Nurturing: Manage and optimize the MQL process, ensuring leads are effectively nurtured through various marketing channels, including email marketing, content marketing, webinars, and social media.
Database Management: Oversee the management and growth of our lead database. Ensure data accuracy and segmentation to effectively target different customer personas.
Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to create and curate relevant content for lead nurturing. Develop engaging content that speaks to the pain points and needs of prospective customers.
Marketing Automation: Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline lead nurturing and scoring processes. Set up workflows, email campaigns, and scoring models to prioritize leads.
Performance Analytics: Monitor, track, and report on the performance of MQL campaigns. Use data and analytics to optimize lead generation and nurturing efforts continually.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales teams to ensure that MQLs are effectively handed off to sales and the customer journey is seamless.
Lead Qualification: Implement lead scoring and qualification processes to ensure MQLs meet predefined criteria before being passed to the sales team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Proven experience in B2B lead generation and MQL management.
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms like Hubspot
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decisions.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Results-driven and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Knowledge of the technology or AI industry.
Fluent in English.
