About the role
As Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at Awake, you will be involved in the whole design process with the main focus on design for manufacturing. You will be part of a rapidly growing engineering team where you are expected to contribute with both experience and drive. You enjoy the pulse of a scale up company where everyone is determined to stay Awake.

Your tasks will include but not be limited to

- Designing the next generation electric water crafts
- Perform product testing and iterative product development
- Working with suppliers to find cost- effective design solutions




Requirements
- At least 5 years experience with mechanical design
- At least 3 years CAD design experience, Solidworks
- Experience with Design For Manufacturing
- Preferably experience with design of injection moulded parts
- Preferably experience with 5-axis milled and turned parts
