Our Exciting Opportunity
We are looking for many experienced mechanical design engineers who wants to join our high-spirited team designing the next generation radio network products.
The role will offer many opportunities to grow within the engineering field and in personal traits needed for efficient teamwork. Some of the responsibilities will be performed individually, but most will include frequent interactions with other persons and competence areas both locally and globally.
You will be performing following work task
Mechanical design in product development projects together with other departments within Ericsson and global subcontractors
Driving, or participating in, pre-development studies
Planning and reporting day-to-day project work tasks towards stakeholders
Establishing and maintaining supplier relations on an international basis
Acquiring knowledge of manufacturing methods and processes
To be successful in the role you must have
Very good knowledge of mechanical design and MCAD-tools, preferably CREO (strong plus)
Good knowledge of different manufacturing methods
Good knowledge of mechanical collaboration with electrical design
Good understanding of environmental aspects (thermal, structure, corrosion, EMC)
A minimum of 5 years’ experience within mechanical design
Experienced user of MS Office applications.

Good at sharing knowledge and information
