We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to work with our Hardware Engineering team of 20 employees. Do you have a passion for developing our ÄKTA Systems? Then we would love to hear from you.
What you’ll do


Design mechanics for our chromatography systems. Contribute in choosing design concepts and solutions, components, tools and methods. Design products that contain robotics, pumps, valves and detectors.
Generate, support and evaluate new ideas and patents
Secure that the designs meet project targets and ensure an efficient transfer to manufacturing
Work in a cross functional and agile team together with electronics, embedded, optics and testers.

Who you are


Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with minimum 5 years relevant work experience or more.
Expert knowledge in Creo with good knowledge in PDM systems.
Demonstrated ability to meet aggressive cost, performance, reliability and serviceability targets and scheduled commitments.
Experience from transferring a design from development to manufacturing
Expertise in creating design documentations for manufacturing
Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
