Your role
The BiW & Exterior department of Altran´s Automotive ER & D business area in Sweden needs to be strengthen with several experienced and leading engineers.
- In the role as a mechanical engineer, you have the responsibility of your own technology areas, often with component responsibility and with Catia V5 or CREO as the main tool.
- The work can include everything from concept phase to production drawings and release according to the customer's processes.
Your profile
We are searching for you who have at least 5 years of experience as a mechanical engineer within Automotive with Catia V5 or CREO as a CAD tool in the field of plastic engineering as well as sheet metal. The positions require experience of working with design surface (A-class surfaces) in the Exterior area of automotive business.
You know well the tools TeamCenter, KDP, KOLA and have knowledge of the customers' own processes, preferably in the CAB area such as front grille, bumpers, lower front, front panel, trim parts, dashboard and so on.
We prefer that you are an educated engineer at least at university level.
As a person, you are a positive team player and have an inner drive and want to get things done. We also believe that you are self-sufficient in the role as a design engineer and have a solid interest in technic. You are proficient in English and merit is if you can the Swedish language and have a Swedish driving license.
