Keep reading because we are looking for a Senior Mobile Expert to join our fantastic Customer Service Back office team in Stockholm!

This role is essential in helping our company keep players' needs front and center. The main focus of this role is ensuring the quality of our Customer Service by driving mobile-related projects, as well as ensuring technical development is in place to help the daily work within Customer Service. This is a new role within a fast-growing company, which means you will have a big opportunity to grow and develop this role, based on the needs of the company and the team.

What you’ll do:

- Secure high-quality Customer Service, by driving projects for mobile and technical improvements, ensuring our player's needs are front and center.
- Participating in the daily operational work for the CS back office team, including sharing information, participating in meetings, and helping out with ticket handling.
- Actively drive and participate in meetings and other forums, to share and increase knowledge about mobile products within Customer Service, as well as other teams in the company.
- Actively drive the development of tools and processes across divisions internally, by leading or take part in relevant projects.
- Escalating incidents to CS manager or internally if needed.
- Track player behavior on mobile platforms, follow up on KPI’s together with CS analysts and evaluate new opportunities.
- Work closely with our 1st line Customer service, as well as our internal development and tech teams.


To be able to succeed in this role, we believe that you;

- Have a good overall technical understanding, the experience of working with mobile apps, and have experienced the journey of moving the Desktop game to other platforms(mobile in particular).
- Actively seek information and knowledge and are comfortable in sharing information with team members and stakeholders.
- Are a strong communicator, has the ability to adapt your communication to share insights between multiple different stakeholders.
- “See the world through her eyes” - have empathy and understanding of our target audience and the company mission, and always having the user perspective in mind.
- Are comfortable with driving projects and working independently, as well as having the ability to prioritize your work.
- Are curious; Discover ideas for improving and new ways of working, curious about the end-users behavior on different platforms and markets to discover new opportunities.
- Have an analytical mindset; an ability to see patterns in customer behavior, making decisions based on analysis, and can identify potential risks in different projects.
