Senior Network Engineer
We are looking for our next Senior Network/Infrastructure Engineer who will contribute to making Kindred become the No.1 Operator across all markets.
In the Network/Infrastructure team we design, code, operate and build solutions for the global Kindred hardware and network platform across our data centers and offices. We are strong believers in engineering teams taking full responsibility for their products and work hard to build the best solutions and support them through their lifetime.
We work closely with our engineers to advocate sensible, scalable systems, design and share responsibility with them in diagnosing, resolving, and preventing production issues. Everything we do aims towards designing and building a best-in-class hybrid platform for all our brands.

What you'll do:
Design and document, including writing and reviewing code, to automate solutions within your team's domain.
Create solution designs, road maps and strategies aligned with the team and company vision.
Undertake measured, strict, troubleshooting of complicated systems and potentially resolve time-critical incidents.
Build and deliver a scalable global hardware/network infrastructure.
Work with problem management and capacity planning.
Work from our office in Stockholm, Sweden.
Travel to our offices and data centers globally for network/hardware implementations.


To succeed in this role we believe you have:
A broad IT-Infrastructure background.
Ability to drive new technical projects & solutions with strong autonomy.
A background in online 24/7 Enterprise platform.
Good understanding of Linux/Unix in general.
Deep knowledge in all layers of the networking stack.
Good experience with Internet Routing.
Good experience with both open source/appliance products.
You are comfortable with large scale production systems and technologies.
You have a passion for solving problems.
You thrive in a rapidly evolving, globally distributed environment.
