We are now looking for two Senior Non-Functional Test (NFT) Engineers who will drive and manage the non-functional testing in IT initiatives and take the NFT centre of excellence team to the next level of expertise.

As Senior NFT Engineer in the NFT centre of excellence, you’ll play a valuable role in increasing quality of delivered solutions, focusing on the different quality attributes.

What you’ll be doing:
* Responsible to prepare the Non-Functional Test Plan
* Review and approve use case documents
* Collect non-Functional Test requirements from Project
* Review and approve scripts created by performance tester engineers
* Review and Approve non-Functional test results
* Assist NFT Lead with identifying NFT risks and implementing their mitigations
* Coach and mentor other NFT engineers

You’ll work as part of the NFT centre of excellence and will have possibility to share ideas, learnings and get inspirations from some of the exceptionally talented people in NFT area. The role can be based either in Nordic capital cities; Stockholm, Helsinki or Copenhagen or in Poland; Gdynia, Gdańsk or Warsaw.

* Have experience in non-functional testing and analysis (performance and/or reliability testing), as well as troubleshooting and optimization of enterprise solutions.

* Are eager to learn and comfortable with delivering a variety of tasks in an evolving and changing environment.

* Are familiar with working in a complex environment with multiple streams cross multiple internal organisations, with people from different cultures and companies.

Your experience and background: 

* Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
* 4-6 years of experience in the non-functional testing discipline (performance and/or reliability testing)
* At least 1-2 years of development experience (any programming language) is an added advantage.
* Excellent knowledge in JMeter, Load Runner (Performance Center), Gatling, Splunk/Elastic Search, AppDynamics (or any profiling tools)
* Experience in GIT, Shell script, Server stats monitoring, log processing, test data automation, CI/CD / DevOps toolchains.-
* Fluent in English, spoken and written.
