Senior Omni Business Controller with staff responsibility to H&M Assortment

Job Description

In the role as Senior Business Controller with staff responsibility you will be an important leader at the section and with strong controlling as a core you will be able to build the role around your strengths. Together with a product passionate team you will get the chance to use your competences to affect the result of the company.
You will take a leading role in generating sales and profitability through setting strategies and conducting actionable analysis. You will also take on the role of leading, challenging and developing the planning team as well as being a role model and coaching other Business Controllers.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
Set and follow-up section growth strategies with your most important sales regions
Work closely with production to secure optimal capacity, flexibility and price for your strategy
Sales and budget planning and follow-up
Assortment analysis, strategies and actions
Support and lead team towards set goals

Qualifications
To be successful in the role we see that you have:
At least 2-3 years of experience as Business Controller at Assortment with proven results
A degree in business administration or engineering is a merit
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn your analysis into actions
Strong leadership ability and a strategic mindset
Fluent in English
