Riverty continues to grow with new strategic partnerships and as we grow, we need to strengthen our position with our key clients by recruiting an additional Operational expert to our team.

About the role
We are looking for a Senior Operational Account Manager (permanent, full-time) as operational responsible and key point of contact for some of our most strategic key clients. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that we are doing everything to support our clients in getting the maximum value out of Rivertys products and services.
You will have close internal interaction with our Sales and Commercial Account Management teams, as well as other teams within Riverty. However, the role won't be limited to working with other internal teams, you will also be responsible for forming close relationships so that we can develop them into long-term partnerships with our key clients.
In the daily work you will manage client expectations and drive client success. Our goal is to proactively find solutions to operational concerns before they become complaints. You will also spend some time on manage, measure and report on our operational performance and communicate the results both to our clients and internally.
You report to Senior Team Lead of Operational Account Management and work closely with the whole Account Management team and direct manager.
Who are you?
Genuinely interested in strategic and operational client- and development work
Preferably has several years of experience in client management, operations, debt collection, and/or process management
Strong prioritization skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in projects
Fluency in English and Swedish is essential due to the international nature of the company
About the Team
Our team Account Management within Debt Collection & Debt Purchase are divided in two sub-teams, Commercial and Operational Account Management, with a clear common goal; to build, grow and deepen our client relationships to ensure our clients are being successful and that Riverty deliver the best possible solutions on our client promises!
Within Commercial Account Management
you find our sharp Key Account Managers with commercial lead for our key clients, setting our strategic goals as well as makes business calculations among others.
In your future team, Operational Account Management
you find our operational stars strive to fulfill Rivertys commitments to our most strategic clients in a service-oriented and professional manner. Our Operational Account Managers are responsible for the daily delivery and are also the voice of the client within Riverty. The team identify key factors for client success and communicate internally to drive development and delivery. Our team members have a deep knowledge about Rivertys products & services, acts as operational experts and work closely with several other departments within Riverty.
