Senior Order Project Leader

You will execute and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle, 10-30 weeks.

Tasks that will be included in the job:
* Organize the project team based on the project`s deliverables and establish roles, responsibilities, and goals
* Project scope, objectives, and deliverables should be established, communicated, and managed based on the needs of the many stakeholders
* Create, carry out, monitor, and share a deliverable project plan
* Define, communicate and manage the project budget
* Define, plan and manage quality activities to meet project requirements through employing necessary processes, methods and tool
* Develop and implement a risk management plan
* Monitor and approve all budget project changes
* Evaluate the outcome of the implementation phase and suggest rot cause actions
* Follow up quarterly: quality, time and cost (budget) and provide the information to cluster and Project Leader Manager
* Act as an interface between the business unit and the market company worldwide.

About you
You should have a strong technical foundation and experience in mechanical engineering or a related field in order to succeed in this position. You must be able to manage a variety of orders simultaneously and in stages. Additionally, you must possess strong abilities in cost analysis and control. You speak and write English with ease, and you are a skilled MS Outlook and MS Excel user. SAP knowledge is preferable. Additionally, you are capable of taking initiative, managing your own operations, and are service-minded in addition to having a structured approach.
