iDeal Of Sweden is one of the leading e-commerce companies when it comes to Facebook & Instagram advertising. Paid Social team creates the backbone of iDeal Of Sweden’s marketing department – all the way from driving traffic & conversions and building the brand in the most important social media channels. The team is responsible for an ad spend of about 20M EUR. The focus is always on performance and direct response marketing, optimizing campaigns, ad sets and ads towards set KPIs and finding new ways to scale business and growth. The team is responsible for our global marketing – we have currently 16 online shops and we are expanding our markets rapidly.

iDeal Of Sweden is looking for a talented Senior Paid Marketing Manager to join its fast-growing marketing team. You will report to, and work closely with, the Chief Marketing Officer to create and implement the Paid Social strategy across prospecting, retargeting and branding campaigns. As Senior Paid Marketing Manager you will be running the Paid Social team and together with them optimize campaigns, run tests, collaborate on projects and identify opportunities to improve and scale performance. The main focus of this role is to optimize and scale all paid social activities and campaigns in order to overachieve our KPIs and growth goals. You will have the overall annual budget/ad spend responsibility for the team.


Key responsibilities:


• Define & follow-up KPIs based on campaign types, placements and customer groups
• Responsible for the paid marketing in all social medias
• Structure & implement short- and long-term Paid Social strategies, which are in line with iDeal Of Sweden’s overall strategy and goals
• On-going analysis to identify opportunities in order to improve performance and scalability
• Provide direction to the Paid Social team so that they can deliver best in class activity and results across the ad accounts
• Train and mentor junior team members
• Work on Paid Social strategy, planning, tracking, reporting, analysis and optimization to ensure delivery of set KPIs
• Day to day optimization and monitoring ad accounts and markets
• Responsible for key markets and hands on testing new strategies and features
• Responsible for Paid Social Team’s annual ad spend / budget

 

Requirements:


• 5-8 years’ experience in Facebook marketing
• Extensive experience working in Business Manager, Ads Manager and marketing advertising technology (such as Smartly.io)
• Highly numerical and expert in using programs such as Excel, Google Data Studio, and GA
• Passionate about maximizing performance
• Vast experience in working with product feeds, Facebook pixel implementations, GTM
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable in manipulating and analyzing data
• Deep understanding of attribution models and omni-channel strategies
• Capacity to plan and multitask, exceptionally well organized and efficient
• Calm under pressure and enjoys a challenge, and acts as a role model for others
• Enjoys working in a creative, fast-paced environment
• Eye for details and content, interest in copywriting and storytelling
• A true team player who enjoys contributing and exchanging ideas with other teams in the business
• Positive and can-do attitude, great sense of humor, empathy, creative yet pragmatic
