The position

Cambio aims to grow strongly in the coming years where we see great potential for growth through partners and will work even further to build up our eco-system. For us a Senior Partner Manager has sales responsibility and drive sales potential through finding our perfect match to expand our product and service offerings but also seek the opportunity to add additional value for our customers.

As Senior Partner Manager you work with the development and management of Cambio's partner and alliances business. Partner Manager is focused on order and preparedness, growth and profitability.

The role involves a partner responsibility for the entire Cambio (main focus Sweden, i.e. also for R&D's Swedish partners). The need for a new partner may arise from the business and is usually caused by a customer need or an opportunity that we see in customer development. We are also often contacted by potential partners. The role as SPM you take the responsibility of driving the whole partner business as well as you oversee the qualifying and onboarding process of a new partner.

You are part of the Commercial organization which is responsible for all sales at Cambio products and services cross markets and you will be member of the Commercial Leadership Team.

About you

To succeed in this role, we believe that you are result oriented, a true networker, are well-structured and have a strong business acumen within eHealth/MedTech. You have good people skills and the ability to build strong relationships for customers and partners in the industry. Furthermore, you have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to create and deliver well-structured business cases.

Requirements 

- University degree within eg. Business Administration, IT/Digital
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales/Business development
- Experience from Business Development and working with Eco-System Sales within IT/Digitalization, both product and services
- Know the external landscape and how to build a valuable partnership structure
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder management
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken


It's a bonus if you

- Have strategic experience either as a partner manager today or as a senior business consultant
- Have experience from Product and/or Service Companies
- Have experience from the Public Sector and/or e-health/medtech industry


Place of employment: Stockholm

Scope: Full time

Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
